If you would like to contribute to an Issue Analysis paper, please contact our Editor via email at editor@cis.org.au with contributor in the subject line. We ask that you contact us about your idea before submitting an article. The Centre retains the right to edit any accepted article upon submission. Rejected articles will be returned (if sent by mail) to the author. The Centre would like to stress that the views expressed are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of the Centre's staff, Advisers, Directors or officers. All material is copyright of The Centre for Independent Studies or the stated author, 2007. Please contact the Centre (cis@cis.org.au) for permission to reprint.
