We invite you to join the festive celebrations with fellow CIS members at the Annual Christmas Soirée on Tuesday, 5 December. We’ll serve canapés and drinks from 6:00 pm, with formalities from 6:30 pm.
As part of our annual Christmas Soiree, we’ll be announcing the winner of the annual Nanny State Award! This accolade acknowledges outstanding instances of individuals attempting to meddle in others’ affairs. This year promises to be competitive, with governments of all persuasions and at every level have surely continued to tinker with civil liberties of their citizens. This year’s awards will be presented by Peter Kurti, director of our Culture, Prosperity & Civil Society program.
During the registration process, you’ll have the option to contribute to our end-of-year appeal. With your ongoing support, the CIS can continue championing a free, open, and prosperous future into 2024 and beyond.
