Schools should invest in evidence-based, cost-effective policies to improve literacy and numeracy results. Early literacy and numeracy, giving teachers fewer classes, and classroom management training are three evidence-based, cost-effective investments. Reducing class sizes and more education technology are not supported by the evidence.
