Zoe Hilton is a Senior Policy Analyst at CIS, working in the Energy Program. She completed a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Arts in 2019. Zoe previously worked in the NSW Government as a Senior Policy Advisor for the Science, Innovation & Technology and Enterprise, Investment & Trade portfolios.
